UAPB alumni, students, and supporters will soon meet in Pine Bluff Arkansas
for the annual homecoming celebration. They will come from as far as Chicago,
New York, Texas, California and Florida and take advantage of the many exciting venues
aimed at pleasing and entertaining the homecoming crowd. They will join the
thousands of local partygoers looking to add to the spirit of homecoming. This year
they will have the opportunity to be a part of a party that is sure to be the event of
the week.
Every year, over 15,000 alumni, family, friends, and party goers converge onto the
college town of Pine Bluff, AR. Homecoming adds an annual jolt to the Pine Bluff
economy by bringing in over 1.2 million dollars per day of new income to the city’s
restaurants, hotels, gas and other revenues during the historical week.
Over the years, homecoming guest have expressed concern over the lack of appropriate
quality entertainment and after hours activities sufficient to warrant additional spending.
The Upscale Event aims to fill this void by offering an event that will not only give
entertainment seekers a safe, comfortable, and secure environment to relax and
enjoy themselves; it will also serve as a party event able to host ver 3,000 people in
3 separate party room atmospheres in one building. The event site is also conveniently
located across the street from the Pines Mall and within walking distance to 5 main
(branded) hotels.
“The Upscale Event" is an exciting new way to party for Homecoming at the
